Property Solicitor 12 month fixed term contract 53K-60K Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities: Property and Title Work: Facilitate the transfer of property ownership and rights related to purchases and sales.
Prepare transactional documentation, including contracts, transfers, rights of way, wayleaves, licenses, and deeds of rectification, while conducting thorough title due diligence.
Manage property transactions from initiation to lodging registration applications with the Property Registration Authority (PRA). Draft first registration applications and address complex title issues.
