Job title / Grade: Medical Social Worker Reports to: Principal Medical Social Worker or nominated Deputy Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide a direct Social Work service (compatible with the Hospitals function) to the patients and/or their relatives as assigned to him/her at the discretion of the Principal Social Worker.
