Reporting to the Head of Property the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a portfolio of commercial property desktop claims from investigation to settlement, ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures, including data protection and information security.
Responsibilities will include: Investigating, negotiating, determining the outcome and agreeing settlement of claims in a professional manner by completing desktop investigations to possibly also include utilisation of our remote video survey app.
