The successful candidate will display the following qualities: Highly Organized Punctual Motivated and a great Team player Flexibly and a willingness to lean Experience in leading service as well as meat/fish cookery Ability to take direction and give direction when required Bijou has been in Rathgar since 1998 and are a very busy restaurant with a loyal and regular clientele.
