Direct contact with the customers and the Sales Department to ensure the prompt processing of queries Produce credit notes timely and accurately on resolution of query Prompt allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts Follow up any discrepancies when posting cash until resolved Ensure invoices and statements are sent out to customers on a timely basis Reconciliation of bank accounts Reconciliation of customer accounts Support Credit Controller when required Perform Month End and Quarter End Reporting Tasks Perform other related duties as directed Adherence at all times to documented procedures...
