Responsibilities: Direct report to O&M Manager and Deputy Ensuring the smooth, lawful and efficient running of the operation & maintenance depot in liaison with managers as appropriate and following the leadership and direction of the Deputy O&M Manager in collaboration with the O&M Manager and working in unison with them for contract delivery (of the MMaRC Gen 2 the Contract), including the direct line management of staff locally and maintenance of all standards and controls set out in the Contract.
