Working under the direction and guidance of the Head of Commercial and Senior team members this role will assist with the commercial management of Social Housing Maintenance contracts, including site remeasurement, cost management and preparation and submission of costs for individual works orders ranging from minor reactive works through to large scale refurbishment and maintenance projects.
